Levon Aronian: This Day Reminds Us to Unite and Defend Our Nation, Faith, and Land
Grandmaster Levon Aronian made a post on his Facebook page in connection with the Day of the First Republic.
"Today we celebrate the Day of the First Republic. Every year on this day, I ask myself, if it were not for the heroes of Sardarapat, Bash-Aparan, and Gharakilisa, who would remember us... This day is a reminder for all of us that we must unite and defend our nation, faith, and land. God bless our heroes," wrote Levon Aronian.
