Access for Journalists to Sardarapat Memorial Forbidden, Only Public TV Allowed to Cover Event

Currently, journalists are not allowed to approach the Sardarapat Memorial, where an event is scheduled to commemorate the Day of the First Republic.

Police officers have blocked the main highway leading to the memorial.

It has been disclosed that access for journalists will be restricted as long as acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in Sardarapat.

Only Public Television has been granted the right to cover the event.
