Why Was Such a Large Section of the Border Unprotected? Abrahamyan

During a question-and-answer session with the government in the National Assembly, there was no shortage of questions and answers regarding the crisis at the borders. Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the "Henaket" analytical center, wrote this on his Facebook page.

"Whether it is the responsibility of the CSTO, Russia, the international community, the opposition, the armed forces, or simply the public, that’s only one side of the question. In reality, the government has failed to provide a proper response to one simple question. Why was such a large section of the border unprotected? This is the crux of the issue, which has led the country to a volatile situation today. All other developments are simply its consequences. Every analysis, study, assumption, or prediction should be based on this. A serious crime has occurred, the brutal effects of which our country, security system, and the Armenian people will feel for a long time to come," he wrote.
