There is a Danger of Civil War Now, Says Levon Ter-Petrosyan
There is a danger of civil war now. There are bad governments, there are authoritarian regimes, and getting rid of them after long years is easier. The most dangerous are civil wars. This was stated by the first President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, during an interview with Petros Ghazaryan today.
“We are almost in a battleground situation between the supporters of Kocharian and those of Pashinyan. This is going to deepen, and I fear that these elections could turn into outright fights, if we don’t say civil war. Both sides are resolving life-and-death issues,” he said.
