No Shots Fired, Says Aygepar Resident

In the village of Aygepar in the Tavush region, there are no shots being fired. This information was provided to Factinfo by a resident of Aygepar, whose house is located 200 meters from the border.

“There are no shots at all. The situation at the border is calm. There is no noise here, it’s peaceful. I don’t know what brewing is happening elsewhere. There is nothing external here,” the resident noted.

Earlier, information had circulated that shots were being fired from the Tavush side of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and that the situation was tense. Berd community mayor Harutyun Manucharyan also assured that the border situation is calm.
