Capitulant Government Ready for Any Concession to Save Its Own Power, Says 'I Have Honor'
During a meeting of the Security Council, the proposal from the leader of the capitulant government to the international community and Azerbaijan was nothing more than an acknowledgment of its own incompetence, a fact of the collapse of the security system, and a refusal to take responsibility before the state and the people. This is stated in the statement released by the 'I Have Honor' alliance.
"It should be noted that in its efforts to save its own power, the capitulant government is willing to make any concessions, subjecting itself to Azerbaijani blackmail and coercion. The ruling junta, which has surrendered a large part of Artsakh, has failed to protect the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, and has pushed the crucial issues of prisoners and military captives to the background, is preparing for new concessions.
The proposal regarding the involvement of international observers in the Sotk-Khoznavar section of the border is not only a sign of the exhausted options of the authorities, their impotence, and defeatist policy but also contains additional dangers — it may turn Armenia into a new front of regional and geopolitical conflicts.
Only with a dignified stance can peace be achieved, while the cowardly and undignified behavior of the authorities will inevitably lead to periodic humiliations by the enemy, in which case war is unavoidable. The only solution to the current severe situation is the urgent removal of the treacherous authorities," the statement reads.
