Armenian Soldiers Abducted from Armenian Territory. Karabakh Records Establishes Location with Maps
Armenian soldiers have been abducted from Armenian territory. As reported, six Armenian servicemen were abducted by Azerbaijan last night in the direction of the Armenian village of Kut.
Azerbaijan claims that the Armenian soldiers allegedly violated “their border.” The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense presented false coordinates for the incident, located just a few meters from the former USSR border, in the area of Karvachar, thereby distorting the actual coordinates.
The clear disinformation and manipulative nature of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense's statement are revealed through an examination of the actual deployment of Azerbaijani positions in the region. We have mapped the positions of Azerbaijani saboteurs within Armenian territory based on photographs we took and observations made on-site.
In this direction, as shown on the map, Azerbaijani positions are actually located within Armenian territory on two heights, supposedly controlling the road leading to the alleged site of the incident. It becomes evident that the soldiers were abducted not from Karvachar but from Armenian territory. The point is marked on the map.
