I Have Made a Decision Not to Be on Our Electoral List in the Upcoming Elections: Avinyan

Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has announced on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, I have made a decision not to be on our party's electoral list in the upcoming elections. Nonetheless, I maintain my status as a member of the 'Civil Contract' party's board, urging everyone to vote in favor of our party in the elections.

This is the choice that will ensure the irreversibility of our country's democracy and the preservation of its sovereignty, which is critically important for the further development of our state. I will discuss the reasons for not being included in the electoral list after the elections, but for now, I believe it is more appropriate to focus on fulfilling the duties of the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia at this stage."
