VIDEO. Armen Sarkissian Receives the Ambassador of Russia

The President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, today received Sergey Kopirkin, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia. This information was reported by the press service of the President of Armenia.

"The meeting particularly addressed the border situation in Armenia, humanitarian issues created in our country after the war, especially the urgent return of Armenian prisoners of war and civilians held in Azerbaijan," the statement read.

Views were exchanged on issues of regional security and stability.
