VIDEO. "We have proposed two options" - Nikol Pashinyan
"There is no option to sign a document without the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops. We have proposed two options: either the troops are withdrawn, after which the signing occurs according to the agreed document, or the signed document clearly states the timeframe in which the Azerbaijani troops will withdraw," stated acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan while discussing the working document.
He added that no new developments had occurred regarding the document. Recall that about a week ago, Pashinyan announced during a government meeting: "The solutions currently reached with our international partners are 100 percent in line with the interests of the Republic of Armenia. Yes, if Azerbaijan fulfills these agreements and under the conditions we have discussed, I will sign that document. I will not disclose it as it is not appropriate since it is a working document, and negotiations are ongoing, etc."
