Today, former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Samvel Babayan, discussed the situation regarding Tavush with journalists, stating, "There are issues in Tavush; if they are really moving towards demarcation, there are significant areas that belong to us but are under their control, and vice versa—there are a couple of enclaves that are theirs. The question is who will benefit more—us or them."
