Situation at the Armenia-Azerbaijan Border Discussed by Defense Minister with Tajik Counterpart
On May 24, Acting Minister of Defense of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan held a phone conversation with Sherali Mirzo, the Secretary of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan.
Vagharshak Harutyunyan presented the situation at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border to Sherali Mirzo. The two conversed about possible solutions to the issue.
The heads of the defense departments of the two countries also addressed several questions related to the deepening of Armenian-Tajik cooperation in the defense sector.
