Assistant to Kadyrov's Representative Attacks Azerbaijani National and Steals His Car
In the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Russia, Ali Saydaev, assistant to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has reportedly assaulted an Azerbaijani national and stolen his car alongside a police officer, according to Kavkaz Realii.
Saydaev was sitting with the officer at the 'Tvoya Chaykhona' café when a conflict escalated, leading the suspects to extort one million rubles from the man and steal his Lexus vehicle. The dispute turned violent, resulting in a broken jaw for the Azerbaijani victim. The suspects allegedly took the car and fled the scene.
Following the incident, the police officer has been dismissed from service. According to the report, the Azerbaijani is a resident of the Nizhnevartovsk district.
