Ilham Aliyev: The term 'Azerbaijani' is considered the most horrifying insult in Armenian political vocabulary

Today, the term 'Azerbaijani' is regarded as the most horrifying insult in the Armenian political vocabulary. When they want to insult each other, they call each other Azerbaijanis. This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, during discussions on 'The South Caucasus: Prospects for Regional Development and Cooperation,' organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

Aliyev specifically added, 'We proposed cooperation in the transport sector, particularly regarding the opening of the Zangezur corridor, which will connect Azerbaijan with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. At the same time, Armenia will have railway communication with its two close friends, Russia and Iran. Such a railway connection does not exist. Thus, we are proposing this, and I can tell you that the process is underway. The process has begun; it is not easy, but it has started.'
