Armenian Prisoners Transfer Video Messages to Their Families

Representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Baku continue to visit Armenian prisoners. Zara Amatuni, head of the ICRC's communication programs in Armenia, reports that Armenians held in Azerbaijan have been given the opportunity to contact their relatives by phone.

The prisoners allowed to make contact are those whose captivity has been confirmed by Azerbaijan.

Armenian prisoners have sent video messages to their families through the ICRC. The organization is currently working to create the opportunity for these families to share messages with their loved ones held in captivity in Azerbaijan.
