Will You Publish the Document Before Signing It So We Can See Our 100% Interests? MP

If it’s a dangerous document, why was it painted black? Independent MP Sofia Hovsepyan wrote this on her Facebook page: "I will sign the document because it is based on 100% of the interests of the Republic of Armenia. I am not publishing the document because it’s work-related, and I do not consider it appropriate to make a work document public...
