Those papers they receive from Azerbaijan. Pashinyan

During a government meeting today, Pashinyan stated that the political will of the government is clear: to negotiate and resolve the issue.

“We have a very disrespectful situation in regard to the public of the Republic of Armenia. A document is published on the internet, 90 percent of its content is covered, that is, blacked out. And this is presented as proof that the government of the Republic of Armenia is signing an anti-Armenian document. Can you imagine? Imagine if we publish the document, the entire content is covered, and we say, look, what evidence we have that yet another anti-Armenian document is being signed. If that’s the case, on the contrary, the lines should not be hidden but opened and presented to the public. Why are you hiding it? And, of course, I again say—these actions cannot be classified any other way than as activities of agents of Azerbaijan’s information warfare, an agent network. I apologize, but that is my political assessment, and it cannot be any other way.

Moreover, we need to analyze where they get these working papers from. As much as I analyze, the only source they can obtain it from is Azerbaijan, because a trilateral conversation is taking place—Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. And as much as I analyze, I understand that these papers are received from Azerbaijan.

And I would like to say that the solutions that are currently agreed upon with our international partners, preliminary agreements, these solutions correspond 100 percent to the interests of Armenia. 100 percent, not 99.9. Yes, if Azerbaijan implements these agreements and under the conditions we discussed, yes, I will sign that document. Because it aligns 100 percent with the national interests of Armenia. I just won’t publish that document because it is not correct; it is a working paper, negotiations are ongoing, there are proposals, etc.

Next, the Azerbaijani propaganda machine publishes a 3 or 4-minute snippet from a 2-hour video, and I may err about the minute count, maybe it’s 5 minutes. These same people take it and publish it on their pages, while hiding the fact that the original source is Azerbaijani. Can you imagine? A 2-hour operation took place, and they publish a 3-minute part from that 2 hours, and this cannot be classified in any other way than as subversive activity occurring in the background. And if we do not have legal mechanisms in our time, the 21st century brings, the public must respond, because this is, first and foremost, disrespectful to the public of the Republic of Armenia. Because conflicts, oppositions—let’s say, if our compatriots or some imagine it as battles played out like heroic stories in movies, that never happens, even in the most victorious wars. It never happens,” Pashinyan stated.
