Wrestlers Papikyan and Alikhanian Become Silver Medalists at the European Championships

Members of Armenia's freestyle wrestling youth team have become silver medalists at the European Championships. According to Armenpress, at the ongoing European Youth Championships in Skopje, North Macedonia, 61 kg weight class wrestler Razmik Papikyan lost the final to Georgian Teimuraz Vanishvili with a score of 1-6. In the 74 kg category, Hrayr Alikhanian lost 0-4 to Russian Chermen Valiev.

The day before, Armenia's freestyle wrestling youth team member Arman Andreasyan won a bronze medal at the U23 European Championships.
