Tragic Incident in Yerevan: 59-Year-Old Driver Hits 14-Year-Old Cyclist

On May 18, a fatal accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 17:58, 59-year-old Yura Grigoryan, driving a ЗИЛ truck, struck 14-year-old cyclist Sargis H. near Tigran Mets Boulevard, close to the Sasuntsi David Square.

According to Shamshyan.com, rescuers from the emergency situations ministry's Yerevan Station 3 arrived swiftly at the scene and assisted the injured boy, handing him over to an emergency medical team from Yerevan 1-03, who transported him to the St. Astvatsatsin Medical Center.
