The Vast Area May Not Have Been Possible to Equip During This Period: MP on Border Infrastructure
I do not consider the results of the war as a defeat, but rather a documentation of painful realities: We have losses that can be restored in many ways, and Aliyev's erratic behavior indicates that they are not satisfied with the results of the war.
During a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, MP Hovik Aghazaryan from the 'My Step' faction stated that within the framework of the Minsk Group processes, we have a complete opportunity to restore our losses.
Aghazaryan did not wish to comment on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that there are agents of Azerbaijani information warfare operating in Armenia, and even names can be mentioned. "I cannot comment on the Prime Minister's thought. Politically, I can also provide an assessment; I also believe that among our citizens, there are people who, perhaps not intentionally, but through their behavior, name almost the same as special agents would. Now whether there is a criminal composition there or not, that is not my decision. It's all so clear that by giving additional names, I do not find it appropriate to add a drop of oil to the atmosphere of tension," Aghazaryan said.
Addressing the situation at the borders, the MP noted: "After the defeat, we have recorded a new border between Armenia and Azerbaijan for quite a long time, which has not been equipped to the necessary level before. This vast area may not have been possible to equip during this period, or perhaps we have underestimated or not managed. But that does not mean that Azerbaijan should reserve the right to take similar steps."
