Police Visit All Electoral Headquarters During This Period: Clarification

The police have provided clarification regarding the statement made by Aram Vardevanyan, the official representative of the "Armenia" alliance’s central electoral headquarters. According to Vardevanyan, police officers entered the headquarters without any justification upon seeing the "Armenia" alliance's signs and sought information about the signs and organizational matters.

The police's clarification states: "The official representative of the 'Armenia' alliance’s central electoral headquarters has issued a statement noting that certain police officers entered their headquarters illegally. We would like to inform that the police officers responsible for serving their areas are visiting all electoral headquarters during this period. They provide the heads of the headquarters with their business cards containing personal contact information and request contact details from them for possible cooperation if necessary. These actions fall within the scope of police functions and are primarily in the interest of the electoral headquarters and aimed at ensuring their smooth operations. In connection with the aforementioned statement, investigations are being conducted within the police department."
