Azerbaijani Side Did Not Attend Negotiations, Says Armenian Ministry of Defense
Today, on May 19, at 14:00, negotiations were supposed to continue regarding the peaceful resolution of the situation created by the provocations of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Despite prior agreements, the Azerbaijani side did not attend the negotiations. This was announced by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
