Konstantin Ter-Nakalyan Detained
Member of the Adequate Movement, Konstantin Ter-Nakalyan has been detained by the Central Police Department. He announced this on his Facebook page.
“After a long break, I am being taken to the Police Central Department, which has become so familiar to me,” he wrote.
