21-Year-Old Resident Opens Fire on Villager
On May 17 at about 18:40, a report was received at the Ararat police station from the Ararat Medical Center, stating that a citizen had been admitted with a diagnosis of "2nd and 3rd degree hemorrhagic traumatic shock, open gunshot fracture of the mid-third of the right leg, and arterial bleeding."
According to Shamshyan.com, police who arrived at the hospital discovered that the injured individual was 27-year-old Misha A., a resident of the village of Surenavan in the Ararat region.
It was established that on the same day at approximately 18:15, 21-year-old Arthur Z., also a resident of Surenavan, had opened fire on Misha A. under circumstances that remain unclear. Upon inspecting the scene, police found two 7.62 mm caliber cartridges, one steel bullet core, and traces of blood.
Investigation materials are being prepared regarding the incident. A number of examinations have been appointed, including forensic medical analysis.
