SATM Suspends Operations of Dairy Production Facilities

Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia conducted monitoring measures at the dairy production facility of individual entrepreneur Norayr Arsenyan (located in the village of Ayntap) and at the "KHAX" LLC (dairy production facility in the village of Kaghzratashen). They found that the technological process was not organized in accordance with legal norms, and there were violations of sanitary and hygienic standards. The staff involved in the food supply chain had not undergone mandatory periodic medical examinations. Additionally, in the facility of KHAX LLC, it was noted that the labeling of 500-gram packages of 3.2% fat yogurt did not comply with the labeling requirements set by legislation, and the transportation vehicle for food did not possess a sanitary passport.
