Robert Kocharian Resigns from the Board of Directors of AFC 'Sistema'

The former President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, will resign from his position on the board of directors of the Russian AFC 'Sistema' corporation. In a statement released by AFC 'Sistema' today, it was noted that on June 26, the board will elect new directors to replace Robert Kocharian and Andrey Dubobskov.

In total, there are 12 members on the board of directors. It is worth mentioning that Robert Kocharian was first elected as an independent director of AFC 'Sistema' in June 2009.
