Reports of Azerbaijani Forces Surrounding Armenian Soldiers Are False: Ministry of Defense

Reports have circulated in some media claiming that Azerbaijani forces have surrounded Armenian soldiers in the direction of the Upper Shorja village. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia has informed the Information Verification Center that this information is not true.

Furthermore, the Armenian Armed Forces maintain full control over all three directions through which the enemy has entered Armenian territory, as well as over areas occupied by Azerbaijani soldiers and their supply routes,” emphasized the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.
