Kazan shooter Ilnaz Galiyev had to take the exam twice to obtain a gun license. During his first attempt, he made a serious mistake by holding the pistol barrel while unloading the magazine.

Galiyev passed the exam on February 11 and paid 6,000 rubles for the course. Staff members immediately remembered him. “He was younger than the others and very quiet. I didn’t ask any extra questions,” said the examiner.
