We Know Our Boys Are in the Hands of Beasts: March in Yerevan Demanding the Return of Armenian Prisoners

Today, a group of women marched through the streets of Yerevan demanding the return of Armenian prisoners. Their demand was simple: the return of all Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan. The participants of the action also urged other citizens and passersby not to be indifferent and to join their movement.

“We know who our enemy is. We know that our boys are in the hands of beasts. We cannot just sit idle and do nothing,” said one of the activists leading the action.

“You know, during the events in Syunik, we could have captured those Azerbaijani violators, but we didn’t. Why? I just can’t understand,” said march participant Srbuhi Stamboltsyana.
