The Subtle Art of 'Calling the Boys'... Arshavir Ghazaryan on Officially Addressing the CSTO

Former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Hero of Artsakh Arshavir Ghazaryan posted on his Facebook page: "The subtle art of 'calling the boys'..." The Armenian government has officially addressed the CSTO regarding the invasion and occupation of the sovereign territory of Armenia by Azerbaijan in the regions of Lake Sevan, Great Ishkhanasar, and Vardenis.

Dear friends, we have all likely faced situations in our lives—fights or disputes—where 'the boys were called.' Do you remember how the summoned boy would assess the situation comprehensively (the right and wrong, the weak and strong sides, his 'benefit,' and other factors) before deciding whether to uphold his honour or not, especially when the calling party was scandalous, deceitful, boastful, and overblown?

Now, I believe it is clear why we appealed under the second article of the Collective Agreement rather than the fourth.
