Israel Will Agree to Negotiations Only in One Format

Israel will agree to negotiations only if direct talks are conducted with Palestine. This is the only option to cease the conflict, according to Alexander Ben Zvi, Israel's ambassador to Russia.

The only precondition set by Israel is that Hamas must stop its rocket attacks. The ambassador believes that Hamas could engage in more constructive activities, such as addressing sewage issues, healthcare problems, and education, among others. This comment reflects a sarcastic view from the Israeli representative regarding the military actions conducted by Hamas.
