UN Seeks Access to Nagorno-Karabakh, But Azerbaijan Impedes
The spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General noted during a daily briefing that the UN wishes to gain unobstructed humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh. He added that this has not occurred due to obstacles created by the Azerbaijani authorities.
“We hope to see progress on this issue in the near future,” said Dujarric.
