Source Reveals Who Negotiated with the Azerbaijani Side

As previously reported, negotiations have started today at 12 PM. Hraparak reports that the commanders of the first and fourth army corps are participating from our side, and there are no other representatives from the authorities present.

According to the same sources, neither the governor, nor the high-ranking officials from the National Security Service or the Ministry of Defense are present.

The negotiators from our side have given the Azerbaijanis a deadline to vacate the territory of the Black Lake, and if they do not retreat by the deadline, there are plans to use force.

It should be reminded that the Azerbaijanis have advanced 3.5 km into the territory, violating the sovereign borders of Armenia.
