It is worth noting that the deputy mayor of Goris, Menua Hovsepyan, has confirmed that negotiations are scheduled for 12:00 PM with the Azerbaijani side. Additionally, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned during a government session that there has been no significant change in the situation. Following the government session, a Security Council meeting will be held.
