If the situation is explosive as the Prime Minister claims, why is there no reserve call-up? Tigran Abrahamyan
If the situation is explosive, and critical as the Prime Minister claims, why is there no partial or complete call-up of reserves? This was stated on his Facebook page by Tigran Abrahamyan, director of the ‘Henkakert’ analytical center.
“If the situation is explosive, critical as the Prime Minister claims, why is there no partial or complete call-up of reserves? Because the Prime Minister’s statement implies a risk of resuming military operations, which necessitates taking appropriate actions. I am calling the reserve call-up conditional, as an action stemming from the situation, but the list of necessary actions is long. God forbid there will be a need for mobilization; however, additional measures would not hurt.
P.S. I understand that my suggestion is unpopular for many, and many have long been tired of this situation. However, if the circumstances are as the Prime Minister presents them, then we must act quickly,” he added.
