Macron Informs Pashinyan of Willingness to Provide Military Support

I had a phone conversation with the President of France, and he mentioned that he is considering bringing the issue to the UN Security Council. This was announced today, on May 14, during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who presented the situation in Syunik and Gegharkunik.

"He stated that under the UN mandate, France is also prepared to provide military support to international efforts for the resolution of the issue if necessary. I consider it important for the members of the Security Council to maintain communication with each other and discuss this topic," he said.
