Court Review of Patron Davo's Appeal Begins: Supporters Demand Justice
The Court of Appeals has commenced the review of Davit Galstyan's (Patron Davo) appeal related to his detention. Supporters of Galstyan have gathered outside the court, demanding justice. According to them, no one instructed them to come and support Galstyan; they assert that the demonstration is spontaneous.
Recall the announcement by the National Security Service, which stated that there are other criminal cases regarding abuses committed during the supply operations to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, involving the application of corrupt mechanisms by Davit Galstyan, and active investigative and procedural actions are currently being conducted on those cases.
Galstyan has released a statement noting that the ammunition supplied met the specifications and dates outlined in the contract, adding that further evidence supporting these claims will be revealed later along with other factual data.
