I Will Consider You My Personal Enemy: Karen Hovhannisyan's Status on Recent Events
Military expert and Kurdish studies specialist Karen Hovhannisyan writes on his Facebook page: “Anyone who publishes the names of our military unit locations, or any photos or videos of military vehicles moving along our country’s highways, will be considered my personal enemy. Moreover, I urge the newly formed National Assembly to urgently adopt a law that criminalizes such information dissemination.
It is also necessary to regulate the issue of oath-taking locations. Soldiers' oaths should be conducted away from their military units, at least 20 km away from their deployment areas. No type of photo or video should exist in personal archives from military units... In short, a special law must be developed; otherwise, we cannot rely on having a hole in our nose...”
