How Many Applicants Have Applied This Year by Subject

This year, 13,360 individuals have applied to universities in Armenia and Artsakh, as reported by Khachush Grigoryan, the press secretary of the National Center for Educational Testing (NCET).

According to subjects, the most applications were submitted for the "Mathematics" exam, totaling 5,185 applicants (including 207 from Artsakh), followed by "English Language" with 4,342 applicants (96 from Artsakh) and "Armenian Language and Literature" with 4,074 applicants (322 from Artsakh).

A total of 1,824 individuals applied for free placements, while 21,820 candidates applied for paid spots. It should be noted that the application period began on April 15 and ended on May 10.
