Number of People Vaccinated Against COVID-19 in Armenia Revealed

As of May 9, a total of 10,727 vaccinations have been administered since the launch of COVID-19 vaccinations. This information was provided by the Ministry of Health.

Reminder: Vaccinations are conducted at primary health care organizations every day of the week, with weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is necessary to call your preferred polyclinic in advance, regardless of registration, to register for vaccination.

Mobile vaccination teams are also operating in public areas, including in Yerevan at Northern Avenue, Dalma Garden Mall, and Mega Mall; in Gyumri at Vardanants Square; in Vanadzor at Hayk Square; and near the Dilijan municipality. Foreign citizens can also be vaccinated. Vaccinations are free of charge.

Vaccinations with AstraZeneca are available for individuals aged 18 and over on a voluntary basis. Meanwhile, the Sputnik V vaccinations are designated for at-risk groups, specifically for healthcare workers aged 18 to 54, individuals aged 18 to 54 with chronic illnesses, and residents and staff of social care centers aged 18 to 54.
