Negotiations are ongoing, and the head of the NSS staff is there. They have taken a map which they want to use as proof that this territory belongs to them, but it is really ours. The current issue is to prove during the negotiation stage that it is not theirs, but ours. In different sections, they have advanced various distances, ranging from 1.8 kilometers to 2 kilometers. There are platoons, squads moving in different directions with varying numbers. It’s not that they are plentiful,” said Syunik Governor Melikset Poghosyan in an interview with armtimes.com.
