Georgian Prime Minister to Arrive in Armenia

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, will arrive in Armenia for an official visit on May 12. This information was reported following the decision signed by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on May 10, which was published on the government’s website.

According to the decision, the Acting Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has been instructed to ensure the presence of the Honorary Guard and the Military Band during the ceremonial events, in accordance with the request submitted by the State Protocol Service of the Republic of Armenia.

The Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia has been tasked with facilitating the partial improvement and asphalting of the territory of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory.

Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has instructed the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia to cover the expenses related to the accommodation of the aforementioned delegation during their stay in Armenia, as well as for the organization and implementation of the protocol and other events planned for the visit, from the funds allocated in the Republic of Armenia’s state budget for hosting foreign delegations, in accordance with the reports presented by the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the State Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
