Rockfall on Vanadzor-Dilijan Highway

On May 6, at 23:29, a call was received by the Tavush regional crisis management center reporting a rockfall on the 30th km of the Vanadzor-Dilijan highway. The road has become one-way traffic.

A rescue operational group from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Regional Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. Rescuers removed the stones (approximately 0.5 cubic meters) from the road, and the section of the road has been restored to two-way traffic.
