We Will Gather '50+' Votes, There Will Be No Election Between Pashinyan and Kocharyan – Aghazaryan
Hovik Aghazaryan, a member of the 'My Step' faction of the National Assembly, assures that the participation of former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan in the elections does not constrain the ruling team at all.
It should be recalled that Vanetsyan obtained his position following the political reshuffles of 2018. In an interview with 24News, Aghazaryan expressed confidence that the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) and Vanetsyan will not participate in the elections as a coalition but rather under a single list, as they are unlikely to surpass the required threshold of 7% for coalition participation; instead, the threshold for a unified list is lower at 5%.
The representative of 'My Step' believes that they are out of competition, stating they will gather '50+' votes. Therefore, the notion that the contest will be between Pashinyan and Kocharyan is unacceptable to him.
