Young Man Stabbed in Nor Kharberd

On May 1, the Masis police department received a report from a hospital that a 23-year-old man was admitted with stab and puncture wounds. This was announced by the Public Relations and Information Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

“The operational group that arrived at the hospital clarified when and from where the young man had been transported. According to preliminary data, he was stabbed in Nor Kharberd village,” the statement said.

According to the source, as a result of necessary measures taken towards the investigation, investigators received information that during a dispute related to livestock in the village's fields, the victim was stabbed by a 30-year-old local resident. He was taken into custody by the Masis police and confessed to the crime, presenting the knife used.

The police report that materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
