Brawl and Insults Between Members of the ‘Civil Contract’ Party
According to AntiFake.am, a brawl occurred moments ago at the headquarters of the ‘Civil Contract’ party among its members. The source reports that initially, the President of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, Sasun Mikayelyan, and Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Suren Papikyan, had a heated conversation, which later escalated into a fight accompanied by loud insults.
Participants in the incident included Sasun Mikayelyan, Suren Papikyan, My Step coalition MP Hrachya Hakobyan—who is also the brother-in-law of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan—and other members of the ‘Civil Contract’ party who had gathered in the office for discussions. Suren Papikyan forcibly removed one of the participants involved in the scuffle from the office premises.
The situation has now calmed down. The news outlet attempted to contact Suren Papikyan and the press secretary of the ‘Civil Contract’ party, Vahagn Aleksanyan, for clarifications, but both did not answer the calls.
