Robert Kocharyan's Lawyers Issue Statement

Tomorrow, on May 4 at 13:00, the hearing of case No. YD/0253/01/19 will continue at the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan (Shengavit campus). This was announced by the legal team of the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan.

It is noteworthy that on April 6, this criminal case was partially dismissed. The court, based on the Constitutional Court's decision to declare Article 300.1 invalid and unconstitutional, acquitted Seyran Ohanyan and Yuri Khachaturov, and halted the criminal prosecution against Robert Kocharyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan regarding that part. They also hold the status of acquitted. The examination of the remaining charges in this case continues.
