Video: The World's Largest Airplane Successfully Completes Its Second Flight
The Stratolaunch airplane, which resembles two aircraft joined by a very long wing, flew for more than three hours at an altitude of 4.3 kilometers. The Stratolaunch is designed to fly at altitudes of up to 10,500 meters, where it can launch space rockets that can then orbit the Earth using their own engines.
This marks the second test flight in the last two years.
