Saudi Arabia Closes Turkish Schools
The Turkish state Anadolu Agency has reported that Saudi Arabia will close eight Turkish schools during the current academic year. This decision was communicated to Turkey's Ministry of Education by Saudi authorities, as reported by Ermenihaber.am.
According to the agency, 2,256 students are enrolled across the eight schools. Last month, 26 Turkish schools were closed in the kingdom. This development has further strained the already tense relations between the two countries. Earlier, Turkish products were boycotted in the kingdom.
