Azerbaijanis have advanced again from their positions near the village of Nor Ghazanchi in the Martakert region of Artsakh. This information was reported by Hayk Bakhshetyan, the head of the Martakert administrative district, in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia.
"Yes, they have advanced again. They have moved forward as much as they pulled back yesterday," Bakhshetyan stated. He also mentioned that the local authorities are being diligent in handling the situation.
According to the village head, Ruslan Arstamyan, negotiations are currently underway involving Russian peacekeepers and representatives of the defense army. At this time, the Azerbaijani positions are located about 1.5 kilometers away from the village.
On the evening of April 25, Azerbaijanis had moved 370 meters forward from their positions belonging to the administrative territory of Nor Ghazanchi village. As a result of negotiations, they pulled back to the same extent on the morning of April 27.
